Refund and Returns Policy

At Ember, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Refund & Returns Policy makes the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is provided.

Note: Items bought on sale/discount, or customized/personalized items, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@emberluxwear.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

  3. The item must be securely packaged and sent via a reliable courier service.

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received defective or wrong.

3. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you can request replacement for a different size or product of equal value (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and process as returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
